Today around 4:25 PM January 4th 2022, the famous grocery delivery app Instacart crashes and alot of shopper aren't happy. Lots of shoppers are stranded with no means of being able to complete thier orders and deliveries. One shoppers say, "This is inconvenient, there are several people on one app, it's not working and there's no way to contact them." But hey we get it, things happen. Hopefully this can get fixed very soon and shoppers won't have to worry about if taking orders from this platform is going to be risky or not in the future.

I think Instacart needs better communication on their end due to the fact there is absolutely no contact information for them. I also think Instacart needs better servers due to the incoming traffic of shoppers as everytime I go to the store, there are no longer people getting their own groceries and lastly I think Instacart needs to up their pay regarding all the energy and effort it takes on the shopper end.
